Oryn Irish, of Raritan,  earned two podium finishes at the 2026 Iowa Games Figure Skating Competition held July 11 in Ames, Iowa. Oryn captured the silver medal with a second-place finish in the Basic Four Elements event and followed it with a bronze medal, placing third in the Aspire 1 Group Program. 

Competing against a talented field of skaters, Oryn demonstrated strong skating skills, confidence, and determination throughout both events. The two-medal performance reflects the hard work and dedication invested in training and marks another exciting milestone in Oryn's figure skating journey. 

A member of the Hawkeye Skating Club in Iowa City, Iowa, Oryn's successful competition performance provides momentum and confidence for future figure skating competitions.
