Henderson County Historical Society's Artifact of the Week

On display at the Henderson County Museum is a group photo, taken in 1968, of the 7th grade class of Media-Weaver Jr. High in Media, Illinois.  The photo was taken on their class trip to Springfield, Illinois.

Fun Fact:  The #1 song of 1968 in the United States was “Hey Jude” by The Beatles. It spent nine consecutive weeks at the top of the charts!
