P.M.S. Affects Men

Let's face it. If a woman doesn't feel good, you can be sure her man isn't going to feel good either, and if she suffers greatly with PMS it will affect him big time.

One lady told me that on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being wonderful and 10 being a real witch, when P.M.S. strikes she can go from 1 to 10 in less than 3 seconds. And then there are the hot flashes that are nothing like a hot 100 degree day, but seems to ignite quickly, from the inside out.

If a man doesn't try to understand his woman, he just might find that she's come up missing.

Maybe it is no big deal to have the "hot box" gone and it might even save on electricity. But how is he going to find his socks, the lightbulbs, the toilet paper and do the dozen of other things he may have taken for granted. P.M.S. is a serious matter. Hopefully, women who suffer from it are encouraged to get safe effective help and check out all the options before making a decision.

More than 5 million require medical treatment for marked mood and behavioral changes which doctors now know as a hormone imbalance. The rise and fall of Estrogen has a central neurologic effect and can contribute to increase brain activity and even seizures. There are safe solutions such as progesterone creams that help balance hormones. Men, it will benefit you if you are patient and help her in finding safe solutions.
