My mother celebrated her 90th birthday at Oaklane Nursing Home on June 10th with several of the family gathering around the piano and singing some favorite hymns. This is her third year at Oaklane and although she does not remember many of us, she does remember all the words to songs she once sang. She is still teaching me much as I worry about the future. While my cousin Judy played, mom sang every word to "God Will Take Care Of You." And He does. |
