Elisabeth Wood of Pittsfield, daughter of the late Vern and Ruth Wood, flew to Florida for the wedding of her grand-daughter, Jamie Cummings, to Noriaki Kono, at Patrick Air Force Base in Cocoa Beach. Jamie is the daughter of Elisabeth's daughter, Jody and Jim Cummings. Elisabeth is holding The Quill surrounded by her four daughters (left to right):Jody Cummings, of Merritt Island, FL; Ruth Ann Korwel, Becky Winner, and Mary Dobbins, all of Illinois. The wedding took place on the beach with the Atlantic Ocean as the background.
