At the regular monthly meeting of the Board of Education of Illini West HSD #307 August 22, the board set a Budget Hearing for September 26, 2012 at 7:00 p.m.
Resignations were then accepted from:

The following coaching/sponsor positions were approved for 2012-13:
Carol Brooks , Cheerleading
Charlie Bolton, Assistant Volleyball Coach
M.J. Palmer, Student Council
Suzy Holtsclaw, Sr. Class Sponsor
Don Winters, Volunteer Assistant Cross Country Coach
Several fundraising requests were approved.
Samantha McGaughey was approved to mentor one teacher for the 2012-13 school year, with a $500 stipend.
Early graduation, at the end of the first semester, was approved for Savannah Sealock.
Amy Shirey was approved as a High School Teacher, Jr. Class Sponsor and SADD Sponsor.
Narrezia Smalley was approved as a High School Teacher and Sharon Rayburn as an Aide.
Mike Thompson was approved as a bus driver.
Jay Lambert was approved as a substitute/Extra-Curricular bus driver.
