The trustees met in the meeting room of the Raritan Fire House August 9, heard Mike Knapp report it will cost $1500.00 to pour a pad for the portable potty and 30 ft. sidewalk at the park. Trustee Dwayne Magee, made a motion to approve the above, seconded by trustee Phil Anders which carried.
The Annual Appropriation and Tax Levy was presented as follows: Annual Appropriation $95,000.00; Tax Levy $4,660.00. It was approved with a roll call vote of all ayes from trustees: Gary Powless, Sammy Blender, Richard Knapp, Dwayne Magee, Phil Anders. Trustee Rob Williamson was absent.
It was reported that the court date for Doug Hensley, Charmin Joseph and Jean Anne Livermore is August 29, 2012.
A motion was made by trustee Magee, seconded by trustee Blender to have Sonny's Repair, repair electrical boxes, tighten the wires and replace receptacles as needed for the Christmas lights. Motion carried.
