Visiting at the Great Iowa Tractor Ride

Taking time out is what we all need from time to time and I think that is what the Great Iowa Tractor Ride is all about - visiting about yesterday and sharing stories. It makes one envious of the families who farm together, and usually eat together, work together and in fact do almost everything together. It would be terrible if that way of life was lost in America. It's what builds value and strong community.

Driving over the bridge and seeing one tractor after another down the ramp to the riverfront was a warming sight as hundreds of tractors lined across the Mississippi River front from their trip to the ethanol plant in West Burlington. Today they are enjoying the hospitality of Henderson County. Thanks Janine VanVark for giving us a taste of the fun.
