West Central High School would like to invite family, friends, past members, faculty, staff, former teachers, and board members to attend West Central High School's Chapter of the National Honor Society Induction Ceremony on Monday, March, 22, 2010, at 7:00 p.m. in the high school gymnasium.

We would appreciate everyone helping us to celebrate the successes of our highly achieving students.

Everyone is invited to the reception following the ceremony.

To be eligible for membership consideration, students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.50 percent out of 4.00.

Potential members must meet high standards on character, leadership, and service of the sophomore, junior and senior students, who have met the scholarship requirement.

Character is measured in terms of integrity, behavior, ethics, and cooperation with both students and faculty.

Leadership is based on the student's participation in community or school activities, or election to an office.

To meet the service requirement, the student must have been active in service projects in the school and community.
