Summerfest & Gibb Car Show Dates Selected
The La Harpe City Council set the 2010 Summerfest and Fred Gibb Memorial Car Show dates at their regular meeting January 11.
At 7:00 pm. all Aldermen were present. Ansering roll were: Todd Irish, Brian Lovell, Marcia Stiller, Michael Bennett, Vicki Burford, and Darrell Kraft, with Treasurer-Marcia Neff, and City Clerk-Lucretia McPeak in attendance. Mayor-Kenneth Brown was absent and Alderman Lovell was approved as Mayor Pro-Tem and led the meeting.
The Fred Gibb Memorial Car Show will be August 7th, and La Harpe Summerfest dates are August 11 - 14. The usual reports were approved of bills, minutes, and treasurer's report and the meeting was adjourned at 7:27 p.m. until 7 p.m. January 25th at the next regular meeting at City Hall.
