Linda and Richard Clifton, Stronghurst, took "The Quill" along with her sisters, Cheryl Peasley, Lorton, Virginia, and Barbara Thatcher, her husband, Henry, Danville, California when they vacationed in the Hawaiian Islands in March. While in Honolulu they had dinner at the Chowder House where President Obama often dined when he was a student and as Senator from Illinois. The waitress pictured with the Peasley sisters served them and Barack Obama on his last visit to the Chowder House.
