Take "The Quill" Along

The Quill traveled to "The Wall" in Washington D.C. with Gene and Marsha Dunn and John and Carol Steffen to the 22nd Annual Rolling Thunder Memorial Ride where tens of thousands of motorcyclists made their noisey salute to all the brave soldiers who served and sacrificed in Vietnam. They also viewed the figures of the three servicemen.

July 1, 1980 President Jimmy Carter signed the legislation to provide a site in Constitution Gardens near the Lincoln Memorial. It was a 3 1/2 year task to build and to orchestrate a celebration to salute those who served in Vietnam.

When you go on a trip, take "The Quill" along and have your picture taken with it, then send it to us. Let's see where all "The Quill" can travel.
