Don't Beat Yourself Up

Are you one who when you make a mistake, or forget something, or lose something you just keep kicking yourself over and over again?

Well, don't beat yourself up. Accept the fact you have joined the human race, for we all do it. (make mistakes that is).

You may find some people that will never admit they make mistakes, but we know it isn't true.

But it is best to admit the problem, and move on by asking yourself, "What are you going to do about it."

That puts a positive spin to it and it isn't wasted effort - like kicking yourself seems to be.

Make amends quickly and then work on a solution.

Here is a good solution I read recently.

"You think too much. Get busy and put your plans into action."

We have a lot of good solutions and great ideas, but we fail to move on with them when we constantly stay busy just beating ourselves up over our problems. It's wasted effort.
