The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.
The Quill traveled to Mission, Texas with Dan and Gladys Gulick. On January 5, 2007 it traveled across the Rio Grande River to Progresso, Mexico.
Standing on the International bridge with the paper is Judy Sly of Stronghurst standing in the U.S.A., Bea Day of Media, one foot in the U.S.A. and one foot in Mexico, and Gladys is in Mexico.
Near by was Dwaine Sly, Ivan Lant and Dan Gulick after spending the day in Mexico.
(Also traveling with them, in the paper, was Sam Hilten of Smithshire whose picture was there for honors). He is the grandson of the Gulick's.
They all winter in Texas. Behind them are the boundary signs.
