The Hancock-Henderson Quill, Inc.

Take The Quill Along

The Quill traveled with Jake and Mary Snelson and Debbie (Snelson) Johnson to several places in Missouri recently including St. James, Missouri to visit the Snelson Brinker log house that was built in 1834, by Levi Snelson, an uncle of Jake's grandfather.

Levi built, lived in, and held court in the larger room of the two rooms, as he was a judge. Crawford County had no court houses at that time. Later, Snelson sold the house and forty acres for $125.

When you go on a trip, take The Quill along and have your picture taken with it and send it to us. Let's see where all the Quill can go.
