Lisa Howd is owner of First Impressions. She opened her business in the spring of 1999 in the shop formerly owned by Donna Traser. Her services include: hair cuts, color, perms, styles, manicures, waxing, and tanning. She also sells hair products and gift items.
Lisa has lived most of life in La Harpe, except for the 8 years she and her husband, Jeff, lived in Florida. They have two children, JoAnn (18) and Jacob (almost 10).
She attended Bill Hill's College of Cosmetology in Fort Madison, IA.
She enjoys meeting different people, and feels it is a good way to get to know people. First Impressions is located at 201 N. 1st Street in La Harpe and her hours are Tuesday-Saturday from 8:30 am. to 5:00 p.m. She is also open for business on Wednesday evenings.
