Marilyn attended Oak Hill Country School and La Harpe High School.
She married Dale Eddington, June 5, 1954. They both attended Lincoln Christian College in Lincoln. They had two children, Dean, lives near La Crosse and Dianna lives in Sibak, New jersey.
Her husband Dale passed away September 5, 2001.
Marilyn has 5 granddaughters and 1 grandson.
She has worked in fabric stores in Lincoln and La Harpe and enjoys sewing, crocheting, locker hook rugs, hand crafts of all kinds, gardening, her cats and dog, going to her grandchildren's sports events, reading, music, and cooking.
Marilyn was an active boy scout and girl scout leader. Her grandmother, Pearl Kraft, organized and began the Happy Helpers Club.
Marilyn, is a member of the Happy Helpers Club and the American Legion Auxiliary.
