Seven beautiful girls competed for the Henderson County Fair Queen crown in front of a packed crowd at the historic Raritan Opera House Sunday evening.

Only one could be chosen, however, and the lovely, talented and gracious Kasey Cavanaugh was selected as the 2005 Henderson County Fair Queen.

A member of Leo Ramer's Ecumenical Singers, Kasey selected a romantic selection from the popular musical- Andrew Lloyd Webber: The Phantom Of The Opera, and won the hearts and the vote of the judges with her excellent presentation and stunning black sequined gown.
