June 13 Meeting-7:00 p.m.
Those answering roll call were Irish, Lovell, Bennett, Burford, Carpenter, Neff, Stevens, and Brown. Helmers was seated at 7:45 p.m.
Also, present were: Tim Graves, Wayne Humphrey, Justin Livingston, Karlene Kurtz, Roger Hughes, and Richard Rasmussen.
The May Minutes and the treasurer's report and payment of all bills was approved.
The 2005-1 Prevailing Wage Ordinance was approved.
The annual audit will be conducted on Wednesday and Thursday, June 15 and 16.
The council approved a conference for Rick Sturek to attend in Rock Falls on August 17 and 18 for continuing education requirements.
The council will open and look at the bids turned in by the three waste removal companies at the next meeting on June 27th.
The meeting was adjourned at 8:12 p.m.
