Meet Christine Wright, a Second Grade teacher at Southern Elementary School in Stronghurst. She has been teaching there for nine years.
Christine graduated from Rock Falls High School and from Western Illinois University. She joined the U.S. Army and went to boot camp at Fort Dix, New Jersey. From there she served in Desert Storm and spent two years in Germany.
She met her husband, Bill Wright, Jr, when she joined the Reserve Unit.
They have two sons, Bill Wright III who is 12 and Cody who is 6. They both attend school in Burlington, Iowa where the Wrights live.
Christine enjoys playing games with her family, reading, going to the movies and staying active in her church, Harmony Bible Church near Middletown, Iowa.
