Whip Wildcats

On February 5, the Southern Rebels traveled to Warsaw to take on the Wildcats.

The only Rebel in double figures was Darick Clark with 11.

Nick Burg and Jerry Morris contributed 8 points each.

The Rebels won by just four points, 32-28.

This win put the Rebels with a record of 8 wins and 9 losses.

On February 8, the Rebels defeated the Avon Trojans putting their record at 9 and 9.

Final Home Game Lost

For the final game ever played on the Southern High School gym floor, the Southern Rebels took on the West Prairie Cyclones.

Since it was senior night, Coach Blender started his four seniors, Chris Wilson, Ben Jacob, Chase Heap and Andrew Linder.

In the first quarter the Cyclones jumped out to a 10 point lead, which they also held at the end of the 1st half.

The Cyclones dominated the third quarter increasing their lead by 15.

The Rebels lost the final home game 54-44.

The Rebels were led in scoring by Adam Corzatt with 13.
