Meet your neighbor, Debra Chard. Debra lives with her husband Daniel, in Monmouth, but works Tuesdays in the Workforce Investment office at 503 Schuyler Street in Oquawka.
Debra and Daniel have one grown son, Mikael.
Debra graduated from Davenport West High School in 1976 and received her MBA from St. Ambrose.
She is a career and employment specialist at Workforce Investment and enjoys working in photography and listening to country music in her spare time.
She recently completed a course in photography at Carl Sandburg College and is excited about putting her newly acquired skills to use.
"I'm just getting warmed up," she says.
Debra and Daniel attend First Christian Church in Monmouth.
