Meet Your Neighbor Kathy Driskell., born in Marinette, Wisconsin. She grew up in the Midwest.
Her dad worked for John Deere so her family traveled a lot.
Kathy graduated from high school in Indianapolis, Indiana. She finished college at W.I.U. in Macomb with a degree in Speech/Language.
Kathy taught school for 20+ years and retired from the La Harpe School District 3 years ago. For the last 2 years she has worked at Southeastern School District supervising Para-Professionals one day a week.
Kathy and her husband, Alan, have been married for 40 years this July and have lived in La Harpe for 30 years.
They have 3 children, Wendy Harrell. Moline, Michelle Reed, Minneapolis, MN, and Phil Driskell, who just got married last August and lives in Kansas City, MO.
They also have a grandson, Chris, 15 and a granddaughter, Catie, 11.
Kathy enjoys crafts, antiques, reading, playing with her dogs and traveling.
