The Belles Junior Varsity team started out their final season as Belles on the right foot.
On Monday, November 15, they defeated Union by the score of 36 to 21.
The beginning of the game was a slow start for both teams. At the end of the first and second quarters, the Belles were ahead by a slim margin and it was still anybody's game.
The third quarter brought good things for the Belles. They outscored Union 18 to 2 and gained an 18 point lead.
Once the Belles got a nice cushion, they didn't look back in the fourth quarter. They ended up winning by a nice margin of 15 points.
