Meet your neighbor Theo Phillips of Media. She was born in Stronghurst and was raised in Decorra. She lived there until she was married to her high school sweetheart, Bill Phillips.
Theo attended school in a one room school house for eight years which she called "The Country Peasley School". She attended high school in Stronghurst and graduated in 1954.
She and her husband have two sons and 4 daughters, 17 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
She has worked for Bob Hamilton at Bob's TV & Home Furnishings in Stronghurst for 18 years and in her spare time enjoys family time, reading and crocheting.
