Meet Your Neighbor, Sharon Weinert who lives west of Carman. She works at Hy-Vee Food Store in Burlington, IA. She was born in Moline and graduated from U.T. H. S. in East Moline.
Sharon and her husband Frank have been married 33 years. They have lived in the Carman area for 8 years. She is the mother of two sons, one lives in Moline and one lives in Kenosha, WI. She also has 2 granddaughters.
Sharon's mother lives in Colona and her grandmother who is 98, lives in Missouri. Sharon enjoys sewing, crocheting, cross stitch, embroidering.
She is also an active member of the Carman United Methodist Church.
