First State Bank of Western Illinois welcomes Scott McGaughey as Marketing Director. He will be responsible for development, implementation and management of the Bank's internal and external marketing strategy. He will keep office hours at the corporate office in LaHarpe.

Scott has been employed for the past 14 years as Business Team Leader for Mead Johnson Nutritionals, a division of Bristol Myers Squibb. With over 20 years of experience, his sales background includes extensive experience in Marketing, Management and Customer Relations.

Scott and, his wife, Theresa live in Carthage. They have two children, Lauren 12 and Evan 10. He enjoys coaching the 5 - 8th grade boys' basketball teams.
