At the Dallas City City Council meeting Wednesday, December 17, 2003 Mayor Lila Gittings and commissioners Phillip Bowman, Esther Newberry, and Harold Northup, Jr. were told of the good water report.
According to the report of Chris Classen, the copper lead sample results were good, and they will not be needed again for three years.Ê The sewer plant is running good.
Earl Bull discussed his side concerning the installation of City water service and his willingness to grant a permanent easement to the other property owners if they would pay for the installation of a 4 inch main.
The minutes of the December 10, 2003, meeting were accepted. Others present were Chris Classen, Mr. & Mrs. Earl Bull, and Rodney Clark.
The meeting adjourned at 7 p.m..

The January 2004 City Council meetings will be held on January 14 and January 28. The meetings are held at 7 P.M. at the Dallas City Senior Citizens Center.
