The Southern Belles gained revenge on the Lady Bearcats of Roseville in the second round of the Bi-County Tournament on January 28 by the score of 59 to 39. The Bearcats had defeated the Belles in an earlier contest by the same margin of 20 points. The Belles were led by a strong effort from their post players, Darci Renken and Brandy Blender. Darci had 28 points, 13 rebounds and 3 steals. Brandy had 10 points and 8 rebounds. The Bearcats were led in scoring by Christina Brinkmann with 13 points and Brooke Singleton with 10 points. The Belles' record is now 17 wins and 7 losses.
