Dear Editor,
I justed wanted to take a moment and wish everyone back in Henderson County a Merry Christmas.
We returned from Fallujah just about a month ago and we are happy to be back to our home away from home.
My Task Force lost one soldier during the Battle of Fallujah and we were very saddened by this. It is still hard to lose one of your own.
After we returned we resumed our usual patrols in our designated area of operations.
There is still a lot of work to do, but I feel the new year will bring on many new and positive changes for the Iraqi people.
I just want to thank every one back home for all the support you have given the troops and myself.
My parents always tell that the support in that area is unwavering, and that means the world to us over here.
Merry Christmas,
Happy New Year and
God Bless you.

Suggeston For School Name for District #235
Dear Editor,
I think it would be nice to name the school Henderson School or Henderson County High School.
After all, we are all paying taxes to operate it.
