Teresa Brown was born in Ft. Madison, IA. She attended school in Lomax until 4th grade when her family moved north of La Harpe. She attended school and graduated from La Harpe High School. She took accounting at Robert Morris College in Carthage for one year
She worked at W.I.U. in Macomb for a while and then married Larry in 1980. They will be married 25 years next year and plan to do something special to celebrate. They have two children, Amanda and Bryan. She helped her husband in his auto repair business. For the last five years she has worked at the La Harpe School as an aide.
Teresa enjoys working in the yard and around the house and being involved in church activities. She also enjoys visiting her daughter in Chicago.
