Cindy was raised in Gladstone and her parents are Danny and Donna Bielser. She has one brother, Darrick, who attends WIU in Macomb.
Her husband Scott works at the Wal-Mart Warehouse in Mt. Pleasant, IA. They have one daughter, Danielle, who is two and a half.
Cindy is Chief County Assessment Office Deputy at the Henderson County Courthouse in Oquawka.
She is studying to be an EMT to help with the Gladstone/Biggsville ambulance service. She is also on the Gladstone Homecoming Committee.
In her spare time she likes to play softball, and spend time with her family.
