Joni Dillard, born in 1964 and grew up in Media.
She attended Southern High School in Stronghurst, where she graduated in 1982. She then attended Southeastern Community College in West Burlington, Iowa where she graduated.
Joni and her husband Scott of 17 years, are the parents of two children.
Jordan is a sophomore at Southern High School, and Justine is a 6th grader at Southern Junior High School in Media.
Joni's husband is the Rebel football coach. She and her family reside beside the village park in Stronghurst. She is employed at Dr. Robert Pogue's office in Stronghurst, where she has worked as a nurse for 20 years.
Her interests include horses, spending time with her children, and doing crafts.
