During the regular meeting of the La Harpe City Council last Wednesday, October 27th Bill Bloch from Illinois Municipal League Risk Management Association was present and gave a summary of coverage and savings of property, worker's compensation, and liability insurances for the city. The council will discuss further at a later date.
A motion was made and carried to donate $100 to the Drug Awareness Program at the school.
The motion was made and carried to accept the 2003-2004 Levy.
Separate bids will be opened soon for the La Harpe City Cemetery and for the La Harpe City park mowing. Current contracts will expire in January 2004.
