Jessica Gittings of Stronghurst is a Pre-K teacher at Southern Elementary School and enjoys working with children.
She was born in Burlington, Iowa and grew up in Lomax, the daughter of Ron and Shelly Gittings, who now reside in Stronghurst.
Jessica attended elementary and high school in Dallas City graduating in 1998 and graduated in 2000 from SCC in Burlington, IA and in 2003 graduated with honors from WIU in Macomb in Elementary Education.
She has two younger brothers, Justin and Andy, both high school graduates, and one younger sister, Lauren who attends Southern High School.
In her spare time, Jessica enjoys reading, horseback riding, and spending time with her family.
