Many Take Flu Shot

The Hancock County Health Department and Home Health Agency sponsored a flu and pneumonia shot clinic at the Senior Center on October 21, 2003.

The clinic ran from 1-3 p.m. that day. Those 50 years or older were encouraged to get their shots before the flu season begins.

Around 176 people took advantage of the clinic that day.

The Health Department sponsors clinics all around the county as well as the County Health Department in Carthage.
