Anna Lou Woolverton was raised and educated in the Colusa area and graduated from Colusa High School.
She has spent most of her life around Colusa before she and her husband, Duane, bought the Chevrolet dealership in "84 moving to La Harpe in 1987.
They have four sons, Wayne, Gary, Don and Ned and nine grandchildren.
Anna Lou is a beautician and had her own beauty shop for 40 years. She started in 1984 helping her sister-in-law two days a week in the beauty shop at the La Harpe-Davier Health Care Center.
She enjoys baking, working with crafts (especially painting), and working in her yard and garden.
