According to the minutes of the Lomax October 7th Village Board, President ProTem Jack Todd called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. with Leslie Roberts, James Rosenboom, Jack Todd, Ron Van Niewaal, Rick Kienlen and Kim Peters present and Rebecca Moyers absent.
After the routine business of minutes, treasurer's report and bills, Mary Purvis voiced a complaint of barking dogs in Mike Gittings' kennel.
Mike and Lora Gittings requested a license to operate a kennel and requested a variance to operate the kennel in a residential district.
Public hearing was set on the matter for Tuesday, November 4, 2003, at 7:00 p.m. with the regular monthly meeting to follow at 7:30 p.m.
Beggars' night was set for Thursday, October 30 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Meeting adjourned
