Joe Bartlow has been selected to be the Investment Professional, Inc. representative at First State. He is a lifelong resident of western Illinois, originally from Rushville and graduated from Monmouth College.

Following a career in the meat packing industry, Mr. Bartlow was recruited in 1991 by A.G. Edwards, Inc. as a Financial Consultant in Macomb. In 2000 he was promoted to Branch Manager. He is a Certified Financial Planner and is licensed in Series 3,7,8,9, and 19 (NASD).

Joe and his wife, Michelle, will reside in Macomb where they are both well known and respected throughout the community.
