Jerry Keimig: born in Jefferson, in northern Iowa. He graduated from Northwestern High School in Sciota and from Western Illinois University in 1972.
His wife Kathy has been an elementary school teacher for 30 years and teaches at Union Elementary School.
The couple lives west of Stronghurst and have 2 grown children.
Their son Jon works at Lowe's in Burlington, Iowa and daughter Kari is a junior at Monmouth College majoring in elementary education.
Jerry is Vice President/Loan Officer at the Bank of Stronghurst. In his spare time he enjoys farming and gardening.
He is a member of the Lions Club, Stronghurst Booster Club, Stronghurst Community Corporation, FFA Alumni Chapter, St. Patrick's Church Board and Knights of Columbus.
