Thanks to a witness coming forward with helpful information, the Henderson County Sheriff's Department has reported the arrest of three juveniles. The juveniles were picked up for damages done to the new volleyball court in the Village Park.
The cost of damages was over $500.00 and the three juveniles have been referred to Probational Court.
It was published in last week's Quill, if anyone sees anything suspicious in the park, they should report it to the Sheriff's Department.
The Village Board, Booster Club, and Sheriff's Department encourages the public to continue watching and reporting vandalism and suspicious acts in order to keep the park secure from danger or loss.
