Second Arrest Nets 12 Pounds of Pot

Henderson County Sheriff Mark Lumbeck reports that Shawna K. Timmerman, age 31, of RR 1, Carman, was arrested on March 22, 2003 on a Henderson County Warrant for Unlawful Possession with Intent To Deliver Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, by the West Central Illinois Task Force Agents and the Henderson County Sheriff's Deputies.

This arrest stems from a search warrant that was conducted on March 12, 2003 by the West Central Illinois Drug Task Force Agents, Illinois State Troopers and Henderson County Sheriff's Deputies at Timmerman's residence in Shokokon, west of Carman, where they recovered approximately 12 pounds of marijuana, resulting in the arrest of Michael D. Timmerman, age 41, for Intent to Deliver Cannabis and Unlawful Possession of Cannabis, and Possession of Cannabis over 5000 grams, with the intent to deliver.

Shawna K. Timmerman's bond was set at $75,000.00, she posted ten percent and was given a court date of April 3, 2003 at 10 a.m. Michael D. Timmerman is still being held in the Henderson County Jail under a $240,000.00 bond.
