Out of 5460 registered voters, 1180 (21.61%) came to the polls Tuesday, April Fool's Day, to made their selections.
In Henderson County, contests have been settled in the Dallas City Village Mayor's race, Gulfport Village Trustees's race as well as races for Union and Southern School Boards.
In Gulfport where the largest contest was, three were elected from seven candidates:

The Consolidation issue of Colchester-Northwest overwhelming passed in McDonough County where the majority of the vote was taken.
