The Southern school board members met in a special closed session meeting on Wednesday, April 24th, for the purpose of student discipline.
The results of that meeting, according to Superintendent Charles Barber, is that the board voted 4-3 to reduce a one year athletic suspension of a high school student to a 30 day athletic suspension for student A.
