Tony Spilker, born in Quincy, works for Vista in Burlington, Iowa, is a Director of Jail Ministry for Jesus, licensed with the Independent Assemblies in Blackwell, Oklahoma and assistant to the Pastor at the Abundant Life Church in La Harpe.
Tony stated that his hobby is keeping his wife happy.
Doris Spilker was born in Cook County Illinois and went to West Allis Central School in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She works at La Harpe Christian Academy as a middle Level supervisor, and her hobby is singing in the choir at ALC.
Her love in life is singing praise and worship, and the time spent with her husband and children.
Their children are Cristen and Michael. Cristen was born at St. Frances in Peoria and although she stayed there for three months after she was born, she is a miracle from God.
Doctors said she might not walk but as of today, through prayer, God has strengthened her and she uses a cane, stated Doris.
Michael, 2 years old, was born in Carthage Hospital and he loves climbing, jumping and keeping mom busy.
Doris stated "We all love the Lord and are blessed to have him as a strenghth in our life."
