I read with delight the letter from Richard Clifton in last week's Quill.
It always pleases me when someone gives credit where credit is due.
The staff did do a terrific job that weekend. But, I also want to give some credit to Mr. Clifton. He was right there helping everyone, both staff and residents. But then he does this every day. He treats each resident with loving care and respect. I think Oak Lane is very fortunate to have him as its administrator. Richard does a great job keeping things running as smoothly as possible every day.
