Letter to Editor: Is Wall Street Destroying Our Country?

Dear Editor,

Did Richard Ney predict the ENRON catastrophe in his book The Wall Street Jungle published in 1970?

Ney was an "investment adviser" on Wall Street for many years.

He pointed out that the federal government was responsible for the regulation of the affairs of Wall Street.

Is our country safe in the hands of Congress?
