His family consists of his brother Charles, his step-children-Terri and Diane Cook, and two step-grandsons, Adam & Michael.
Russell is a member of the Biggsville United Presbyterian Church, South Henderson Cemetery Board member, and is also a Biggsville Township Trustee.
He will be sharing his pictures of rural schools at School Daze Homcoming at the Raritan Opera House on July 29th, 2 p.m.
