It was a perfectly pleasant sunny morning last Tuesday morning when The Bank of Stronghurst and The Lomax Banking Center hosted their 7th annual free breakfast at the Henderson County fair grounds in Stronghurst.
Approximately 500 early birds were on hand to enjoy the breakfast served by the Southern Senior Class of 2003 between 6 and 8 a.m.
Winners of door prizes were: Coin Sets, Mary Thurman, Carman; Don Carnes, Media; Dick Cox, Lomax; Nate Cokel, Stronghurst. Winner of the Grand Prize was Ron Stamp of Stronghurst who won the two tickets to The Bank of Stronghurst bus trip to the Cubs/Cards game in September.
